Chiefs schedule set for final

The Six Nations Chiefs best-of-seven Major Series Lacrosse championship series will start on Sunday in Peterborough against the Lakers at 7 p.m.

Six Nations’ first home game will be Tuesday at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena at 8 p.m. Game 3 is in Peterborough on Aug. 22 at 8 p.m. and Game 4 is at the ILA on Aug. 23 at 8 p.m.

If necessary, Game 5 is Aug. 27 in Peterborough at 8 p.m., Game 6 is at the ILA on Aug. 29 at 8 p.m. and Game 7 is Sept. 2 in Peterborough at 7 p.m.

All games in Peterborough are being played at the Evinrude Centre.

The Lakers are two-time defending provincial and Mann Cup Canadian champions. The winner of this series advances to the Mann Cup championship.
