Several Brantford Black Eye Boxing Club members were in action on the weekend, highlighted by Nikita Abbott’s performance in Toronto.

Abbott was fighting in the main event against Aman Kadola from the Khalsa Boxing Club, scoring the victory when the referee stopped the contest in the third round.

Also on the card at the Stockyards in Toronto was Austine Bayani who came home with a unanimous decision versus hometown fighter Marc Cassison.

Earlier in the evening, two fighters stepped into the ring in Hamilton.

Liam Welch scored his first win by beating Manson Tompkins from Thousand Island while Kelsie McPhee lost a close split decision against Isabella Nagy of Hamilton.
