Wanna take a trip back to the 80s?

A time of big bands with big egos playing big guitar solos and sporting big hair.

Students and staff at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall present “Rock of Ages: High School Edition – the Musical.

Students have been working on the show’s choreography, singing, set and costume design since September.

“Our entire cast and program are very excited for this production. It has been a full semester of hard work, practice, and collaboration to put it all together,” says Adam Angelo, a Grade 12 Musical Theatre student.

This Tony Award nominated Broadway musical features the hits of bands including Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, and many more.

Rock of Ages: High School Edition – the Musical takes place Jan. 17 and Jan. 18 at 7 p.m. in the SJSH Bishop Carter Auditorium.

This is a family show and is open to all ages.

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the SJSH main office or at the door.
