The fourth annual Norfolk Dodge Ram Rodeo Tour is coming back to the Simcoe area.

In 2018 Norfolk Rodeo had 200 competitors with close to 4,000 spectators. This year is expected to be even bigger. The Dodge Ram Rodeo Tour will be bringing the rodeo along with country music performances.

Over the course of the July 20-21 weekend, spectators can watch bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, and pole bending. Saturday morning will feature an event new to Norfolk – mounted shooting.

The weekend rodeo will also include a kids half time sheep scramble, food and merchandise vendors, live music, an aerial silks show, 4-H farm animal area, inflatables for the kids, and a beer garden for the adults, featuring local craft beers, ciders and wines.

Saturday Night Music Stage will feature two rising Canadian country music artists Genevieve Fisher and Buck Twenty Band. They will be performing on the main stage starting at 6 p.m.

The event is being held July 20 and 21 at Timmermans Ranch, 2454 Nixon Road.

Advance tickets are $20 for adults (13+), $10 for youth (4-12) and seniors (65+), and kids (0-3)
free. Advance tickets are available at Demeyere Chrysler, TD bank (Delhi and Waterford) and Beachfront Barber Shop (Port Dover). Tickets are also available at the door ($25 adult, $15 youth/senior, kids 3 & under free).
