The search continues for missing Devon resident Kathleen Ferraz.

Ferraz went missing on Sunday night, Jan. 6 following a collision on the Devon bridge on Highway 60 just after 11:30 p.m.

RCMP officers who attended the scene found Ferraz’s car still running on the median, just south of the bridge.

Kathleen is described as 25 years old, 5’5” tall and 240 lbs. She has hazel eyes and reddish brown hair. At the time of the collision she was driving a black Mitsubishi RVR.

Since Monday this week search parties have been searching the Devon river valley area. A command center for resident-led search parties has been set up at the River of Hope Church in Devon, where missing posters and information is available. Search organizers are asking for any residents with sleds, ATVs or dogs to lend their resources to the search. Flashlights, batteries, spotlights and power banks are also needed. Any help is appreciated.

Anyone with information regarding Kathleen Ferraz’s disappearance is asked to contact the RCMP at 780-987-3413 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

A Facebook group has been set up at Missing: Kathleen Ferraz.
